John R. Grzybowski
President/CEO
John Grzybowski became President/CEO of PDM Bridge LLC when Kirtland Capital purchased the assets of the Bridge Division of Pitt Des Moines, Inc in March, 2002. Preceding that, John was the President of PDM Bridge, a division of Pitt-Des Moines, Inc. since 1995. Prior to joining PDM, John was the vice president of sales at Phoenix Steel in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. John has more than 25 years of experience in the steel and bridge industry. John has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cardinal Stritch College.
Gregg F. Mizerk
Chief Financial Officer
Gregg joined Chicago Steel as Controller in 1986, which was acquired by Pitt Des Moines the following year. Gregg was promoted to Vice President, Finance of PDM Bridge in 1996 and retained that position with the acquisition by Kirtland Capital in 2002. Prior to joining Chicago Steel, Gregg was a financial analyst for HBO & Company, a provider of patient accounting software to the medical industry. Gregg graduated from Elmhurst College in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1992.
Barbara K. Boxer
General Counsel / Director of Government Relations
Barbara Boxer joined PDM Bridge full time in March of 2007 after performing legal work to PDM as a Shareholder at the law firm of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c.. Barbara is the direct liaison to all Government affairs as PDM’s Director of Government Relations. Barbara worked for PDM for almost five years to get the Marquette interchange core to be built as a steel structure. Earlier in her career, Barbara earned a Masters in Public Administration but postponed pursuing the law program to which she had also been accepted. After running a successful mail order business, importing small medical diagnostic equipment, Barbara sold that company to return to school to earn her law degree from Marquette University Law School.

Richard R. Daniels
Vice President, Sales and Estimating
Richard (Rick) became Vice President of Sales & Estimating in August 1999. Prior to that, Rick worked for 27 years with Phoenix Steel holding positions as Structural Steel Detailer, Estimator, Project Manager and Salesman. Rick's work experience has been at the Eau Claire, Wisconsin facility. Rick has an Associate Degree in Civil Structural Technology from Chippewa Valley Technical College and has attended courses in Industrial Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Tony McCauley
Vice President of Human Resources
Tony joined PDM Bridge in the fall of 2008 after spending 23 years with the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in 3 divisions: Engineered Products, Research & Development, and North American Tire manufacturing. The first 13 years of Tony's career brought a wide variety of challenges in Organization Development including: Organization redesign & restructuring of operations, self managed team implementations, joint Union-Management cooperative efforts, leadership team building, inter-functional conflict resolution, and the implementation of Toyota Production System and Flow Management methods. His OD career culminated as a Division Manager of Organization Development completing senior level change and strategy processes that redefined the business portfolio and structure for needed growth. The next ten years, Tony fulfilled a goal to become an HR Manager by dealing with significant challenges in three successively larger plants. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology and a Master of Organizational Behavior degree, both from Brigham Young University.
Conn Abnee
Sales and Business Development Manager
Conn Abnee became Sales and Business Development Manager for PDM on October 12, 2009. Prior positions include the Executive Director of the National Steel Bridge Alliance in Chicago, IL from 2002-2008 and the Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium in Washington, DC from 1998-2002. These trade associations developed and implemented strategies to increase market share and assist Congressional membership in understanding the benefits of the industries. Both employed techniques involving technical advancements, legislative affairs on the state and federal level and point of contact marketing strategies. Earlier experience include Marketing and Construction management with Electric Utilities and General Contractors within the Construction industry. Mr Abnee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky with concentrations in Business Management and Construction Management.
